We will submit all insurance
claims for you. Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any
necessary referrals, if applicable, from your primary care physician prior to your appointment.
You may be responsible for payment of co-payments and/or deductibles for
services as required by your insurance plan. Co-payments must be paid at
the time of service
Most insurance companies cover allergy testing and
treatment. However, in some cases allergy these services may be
subject to a deductible. To make it as easy and painless as possible for
you, we will verify your insurance benefits and eligibility.
