Claims Submission
We will submit all insurance claims for you. Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary referrals, if applicable, from your primary care physician prior to your appointment. Payment of co-payments and/or deductibles will be due at the time of service as required by your insurance plan.
Deductibles
Most insurance companies cover allergy testing and treatment. However, in some cases, these allergy services may be subject to a deductible. To make it as easy and painless as possible for you, we will verify your insurance benefits and eligibility.
Our Financial Policy
If your insurance deductible is not met, we will collect toward your deductible at the time of service until met. Thereafter, we will collect your co-payment/co-insurance only. Insurance co-payments are due at the time of service. If you have a co-payment/co-insurance responsibility we will collect that at time of service. Co-payment/co-insurance is based on a percentage, any balance still owing will be billed to you once we receive the Explanation of Benefits from your insurance company. If you have no insurance, or if we are unable to verify insurance eligibility, full payment is due at the time of service.
